FAQ - Downloader - Error message [10060] Connection timed out

Error message 10060 connection timed out occurs when the Downloader can't connect to the Netquote server.

Cause
The cause for this is when the Downloader can't make a successfull connection to the Netquote server via the current internet connection.

Resolution
You may need to check your proxy settings to see that match what your ISP has provided. Check your firewall settings allow the Downloader to access the internet.
